Every so often a client asks me to make a recording for them to help them relax so a few years ago I went to a studio to record a CD. The CD has now sold out but you can still download it from Bandcamp and stream it for free from this page.
I know it has helped many people to relax, feel better or even sleep.

Listening to this programme you will be able to access deep states of relaxation of both mind and body. In this state our brain waves alter, not unlike meditation, whereby we are in a heightened state of awareness, but deeply relaxed. In Hypnosis we bypass the conscious mind and go straight to the unconscious where all the memories and behaviour patterns are stored. We literally put in new ‘programmes’. Our unconscious mind contains unlimited potential for anything we desire in our lives and when we access it, with language, sounds and images we can begin creating the life we want, by changing limiting patterns and beliefs to empowering ones.
We use the latest 3D digital technology that engages both hemispheres of the brain and subliminal suggestions that reinforce the relaxation process. There will be times when you will hear certain words or phrases just within auditory awareness to help bypass the conscious mind.

Listening to this recording regularly you will find that you naturally access deeper states of relaxation throughout the day. You will feel rested and rejuvenated. You will also find you have more control in your life as you will be more calm and relaxed.
For best results listen to it with headphones everyday for 1 month. Another excellent feature of this recording is a condensed 10 minute version (Speed Hypnosis) of the main programme, which you can use to ‘top up’ your main sessions after one month, or use when you only have a short amount of time such as lunch breaks.
