Anxiety Solutions

What do La La Land actress, Emma Stone and McFly drummer Harry Judd, as well as countless others have in common, that’s right Anxiety. Both have appeared recently in the press revealing their battles with anxiety.

I think we all know by now, royalty, super stars, professionals, CEO’s, celebrities and the rest of us can be affected by this awful condition. It’s endemic!

The youngest client I had for anxiety, just about 1 year ago, was 6 yrs old! My oldest client was 73.

With the child it had started with bullying at school, which is something huge for kicking off anxiety in children and adolescents. If not dealt with early enough, they will, more often than not, take that anxiety with them into adulthood, and feel like they can’t get out of it because it’s so ingrained. When the belief patterns and somatic symptoms are so strong they feel they are ‘fixed’, and it’s become part of their identity.

Other anxiety sufferers feel it only in the workplace, or with certain people.

There are many therapies out there and it can be difficult to find the right one to match the person.

I have had many years working with anxiety clients using Hypnotherapy, NLP Coaching, EMDR, Mindfulness and I was one of the first Linden Anxiety Recovery Coaches.

What I find works best is a combination of approaches, but RADICAL approaches.

Medication will not ‘cure’ it, talking about it will not cure it, and staying under the duvet just maintains it.

I have decided to offer to anxiety sufferers some help, which, in the first instance, will be in a group. If you, or anyone you know is suffering from any form of anxiety, please contact me. I will soon be offering a complimentary talk on this subject and how we can begin to rid ourselves of it.

The suffering has to stop, so be pro-active in your life and act now to start the first radical step to your wellness. You will then be sent out information regarding the talk and the approach.
