Coaching For Couples helps both people express, discover what they want/need and to recognise their own ‘blind spots’ to resolve the issues.

Coaching isn’t the same as counselling. It’s not just talking and expressing, it is about finding the root of a problem and putting in the resources and strategies to help people move on.

  • What you both really want, and how you aspire to be in this relationship.

  • What your ‘values’ are, and whether they are aligned.
  • Bringing clarity to move forward, using various methods and strategies.
  • How to better manage your responses to each other.

  • Effective and Non-Violent Communication.

To embark on Coaching For Couples, you both must be willing to improve your relationship, and at least have the first meeting with the three of us present. I am impartial, however, I may ask challenging questions. The process is very pro-active and provides practical strategies to move you on.

The good thing is that at least you recognise the problems and are not sticking your head in the sand, you are now pro-active. Starting is always the most difficult step.
