Mindfulness

Mindfulness originally came from Buddhism and that’s how I first got into it many years ago. In simple terms it means “knowing what is happening (inside and out) whilst it’s happening without preference.”

Nowadays Doctors, mental health practitioners, schools and even parliaments and businesses are introducing it to their employees. I believe just about anyone can benefit from understanding and running their own mind.

Using other techniques I’ve created a 8 weeks course called “Mindfulness & Resilience” I run once or twice a year.
