Coaching For Couples

Are you experiencing any of the following with your partner?

  • Lack of communication
  • Arguments
  • Loneliness
  • Feeling misunderstood
  • Trying to keep the peace
  • Resignation

These are just some of the myriad of problems relationships often go through.

Couples are often at a loss as to how they reached such a level of negativity, and that’s when they can’t see the wood for the trees! Blaming, judging and resenting will not change anything, it will just dig you both in more deep-rooted negativity.

Coaching For Couples helps both people express, discover what they want/need and to recognise their own ‘blind spots’ to resolve the issues.

The core of any good relationship is Respect, Openness and Persistence.

Coaching isn’t the same as counselling. It’s not just talking and expressing, it is about finding the root of a problem and putting in the resources and strategies to help people move on.

Here are some of the areas we address:

  • What you both really want, and how you aspire to be in this relationship.
  • What’s preventing it.
  • What your ‘values’ are, and whether they are aligned.
  • Bringing clarity to move forward, using various methods and strategies.
  • How to better manage your responses to each other.
  • Help you to control out-of-control emotions.
  • Effective and Non-Violent Communication.

A fantastic spin-off, while working on improving your relationship, is your own Personal Development; you will grow and be more fruitful for the experience whatever happens.

To embark on Coaching For Couples, you both must be willing to improve your relationship, and at least have the first meeting with the three of us present. I am impartial, however, I may ask challenging questions. The process is very pro-active and provides practical strategies to move you on.

The good thing is that at least you recognise the problems and are not sticking your head in the sand, you are now pro-active. Starting is always the most difficult step.

To clarify what you both want in your relationship, and how to improve it, please complete the following short questionnaire, without discussing it with your partner.

Please be as honest as you can. This is not about being judged.

Whenever a couple embarks on improving their relationship, it’s always about deciding to be the kind of partner you aspire to be and taking the necessary steps/strategies/techniques to help you do that.

This means getting out of your emotional comfort zone, which sometimes can feel very challenging, however, remember by doing that, your personal self-development accelerates.

Remember it will take time, commitment and motivation, are you ready to give that…?

CONGRATULATIONS on your first step to improve your relationship.

I’ll soon review your responses. If you don’t yet have an appointment please book a complimentary 20 minutes consultation directly in my calendar.
